The bellows globe valve comprises a valve body, bonnet, stem, disc and other components. The lower end of the stainless steel bellows is welded to the valve stem, while the opposite end is positioned between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. Its double sealing design prevents the valve stem packing from leaking if the bellows fails. The valve stem features a relatively short opening or closing stroke and has a very reliable cutting function. The seat and disc sealing surface adopt a conical seal configuration with strong wedging tightening force, while the sealing surfaces are welded with cobalt-based cemented carbide, offering exceptional corrosion and wear resistance.
